Netflix Releases Qwickster for DVDs
Due to Netflix’s stocks falling another 7% today, Reed Hastings, founder and CEO of the online video service, released an apology both publically and through email to previous subscribers.
Gears of War 3 Preview and Release
On Tuesday, September 19, 2011, marks the day of the Gears of War 3 release. It is THE Xbox 360 exclusive game—demanding more pre-orders than even Halo. With over 13 million copies of the first two installments of the game, producers hope that Gears of War 3 will sell up to 6-7 million copies alone.
Army to switch to 9 month deployments?
On Aug 5th the Army Times reported, in a press release on Friday August 5th by Army spokesman Lt. Col. Craig Ratcliff announced that Secretary of the Army John McHugh made a public release of the rules that limited the US Army deployments to 9 months for units at the Division level and below earlier that Friday morning.
